The students look forward to the days she is on campus—they know that when Ms. Faucette walks in, they’re about to learn, grow, and have a great time doing it.

Although I have known and worked with her for several years, this has been my first official year working directly alongside her, and she has exceeded every expectation. Under her leadership, our dance group has successfully delivered three major performances with audiences ranging from 100 to 250 people. Each show has been met with overwhelming praise, and parents consistently ask when the next performance will be because they are so captivated by the quality, creativity, and professionalism of her work. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and her commitment to preparing students—both technically and emotionally—for the stage is unmatched.

Ms. Faucette’s talent is recognized far beyond our program. Various departments across Crowley ISD regularly request her support, whether it’s to assist with choreography, collaborate on district events, or bring our dance group to perform.
